Refund policy

Eligible regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.

Before sending anything back, please email hello@grinninggoat.ca for return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in brand new condition with original tags attached. Footwear must only be tried on indoors with socks.

Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to provide a one time prepaid return label for exchange or store credit requests.

For hygiene reasons, personal care, beauty, food, and consumable products are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
