Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, eligible regular priced items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Before sending anything back, please email us at hello@grinninggoat.ca so we can review your order and provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment once your return has been received and approved. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 1 to 2 weeks to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non refundable.
Sale Items
All sale, discounted, and promotional items are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to provide a one time prepaid return label for exchange or store credit requests.
Footwear Fit Notes
Because every foot is unique, we cannot guarantee fit or comfort preferences for footwear. We’re always happy to answer sizing questions before ordering.
Shoes must only be tried on indoors with socks and returned in brand new condition with original tags attached.
To protect the shoe box during shipping, please place it inside another shipping box or protective packaging. A $10 restocking fee may apply to damaged shoe boxes.
Return Eligibility
Returned items must be:
• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In brand new condition
• Free of fragrance, pet hair, or other signs of wear
• Returned with original tags attached
For hygiene reasons, personal care, beauty, and food products are final sale.
This includes items such as:
• Makeup
• Hair care
• Body care products
Manufacturing Defects
We will review manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by excessive use are not considered manufacturing defects. Each case is evaluated individually.
Final Notes
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
