Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are happy to provide Canada-wide shipping.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of ordering.  You will be provided with a tracking number so you know when to expect delivery.

  • Orders over $150 (pre-tax) qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
  • Orders under $150 (pre-tax) are charged a $20 flat rate.
  • Pick up in store (any amount) - No charge.

 Returns - Refunds - Exchanges (Online Purchases)

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you are dissatisfied, you may return or exchange your regularly priced items for a refund or exchange. Returns must be postmarked no more than 30 days from the date of receipt. Tracking number will be used to verify delivery date.

If you would like to exchange your shoes for a different size, we will pay the postage to ship you one pair in exchange.  Return shipping for the original pair is at the customer's expense.  If you still need to exchange after the second pair, you are responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us, plus $20 to cover shipping for the new pair.  

Only regular priced items are eligible for refund or exchange.  Postage on returns and exchanges are at the customer’s expense. Purchases of all sale items are final and not eligible for return.

You must notify us by email at info@grinninggoat.ca before you return your items to ensure availability for exchanges. Returns will not be accepted without prior confirmation. A copy of your confirmation email must be included with return shipment. Please use a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost returns. Exchanges will be shipped out once the original item has been received and we have determined that it is in original condition. 

Criteria for Returned Items

  • Must be unopened, unworn, unwashed, and with original tags still attached.
  • Must be in brand new condition (no pet hair).
  • No returns on food or personal care items.
  • Footwear cannot have been worn outdoors and only tried on indoors with socks.
  • Shoe boxes must not be damaged beyond normal shipping wear and tear.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and will be processed when the original item has been returned in its original condition. An email notification will be sent when the refund has been processed.  Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to appear on your account.  Please contact us if a credit has not been issued after 14 days.

 

Returns - Refunds - Exchanges (In Store Purchases & Gifts)

In store purchases of regularly priced items may be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.  Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.  Cash purchases are eligible for exchange only.  Original receipt must be presented at time of return. 

Gifts may be returned for exchange only (no refunds) up to 30 days of receiving the gift.  Gift receipt must be presented at time of exchange. 

Gift Cards

Sales of gift cards are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.  Exchanges or refunds of purchases originally made on a gift card will be returned to the gift card.  Gift card must be presented to process return or exchange.
