Shipping

Please Note: We have changed our shipping policies to only ship within Canada.

Please allow up to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excl holidays) to get your order packed and ready for courier pickup. Most orders are ready to ship within 1 business day, however there can occasionally be delays due to such things as higher than usual order volumes. Couriers are no longer guaranteeing delivery times. If you have a specific deadline for delivery, please e-mail us at hello@grinninggoat.ca before placing your order and we will do our best to get your package to you by your required date. 

• Free Shipping in Canada on all orders $100 (pre-tax) and up. 

• Orders under $100 (pre-tax) are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $12.00 

Local Delivery Update:
Effective April 8, 2025, we will no longer be offering local delivery services. This decision has been made in response to significant cost increases from local courier providers, which have rendered the service economically unviable. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Local orders will be shipped using our standard shipping methods (usually Canada Post or UPS).
